Guidelines for review
of the Inception Report.
1.
Refer to RFP to confirm whether consultant have
mentioned the PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT, OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT & SCOPE
OF THE WORK as per the document or not.
2.
Refer to AMRUT guidelines to check whether consultant
have mention correct COVERAGE & COMPONENTS or not.
3.
Cross check the available data in department,
development authority or Municipal Corporation and if available then provide to
consultant.
4.
Check whether METHODOLOGY is logical or not.
5.
In BACKGROUND OF THE TOWN section of report,
check whether consultant have provided detail of location, regional settings,
connectivity, brief history and development of the town, physical settings,
topography, climate, demographic profile or not.
6.
Confirm from Municipal Corporation office
whether EXISTING SCENARIO OF THE TOWN is depicted in logical and correct manner
or not.
7.
Confirm from office staff whether any such MEETINGS
with OFFICIALS had been held or not.
8.
Confirm whether KEY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL are
as per the REF document or not.
9.
Check if any chapter is missing or not from
CHAPTERIZATION OF FINAL MASTER PLAN AS PER URDPFI GUIDELINES
