Did you know that…
  • 50% of employers report they expect students to have 2 or more internships by graduation?
  • DU graduates who completed internships made, on average, $6,000-$10,000 more in their first jobs at graduation than those who did not have an internship?
If you have not yet secured a summer internship, NOW is the time to be searching!
Visit Internshipalooza Tuesday, January 31st between 12pm and 4pm in AAC to get all of the tools you need to get started on your internship search! Learn how to uncover openings, get tips on drafting a great resume/cover letter or have your resume reviewed by local employers. Staff will also be present to teach you how to introduce yourself at the upcoming Winter Career & Internship Fair and to share tips on answering the most common interview questions. You can also talk to current students who have secured internships to learn how they did it! Enjoy refreshments and music as you learn the skills needed for internship success.
