On November 28, we will transition the Pioneer Careers site to a new system that will help you work toward your career and professional development goals.
Explore the following exciting improvements:
- Seamlessly apply to job postings—the system will keep track of the applications, documents, and resumes you use in the job search process
- Schedule an appointment with a career advisor in the University Career Center
- Find out which employers are specifically recruiting Pioneers
- Research the salary database which is built using student- and alumni-reported data
- User-friends dashboard and enhanced navigation
- Expanded access to employers
We are committed to making the transition to this new system as seamless as possible and would like to advise you of the following important dates:
Monday, November 21: Pioneer Careers will go offline to enable the data transition to the new system. This process will take seven days to complete and will overlap with the Thanksgiving holiday to minimize the impact of this outage.
Monday, November 28: An improved Pioneer Careers launches. If you were planning to apply for a job posted in Pioneer Careers prior to the outage, don’t worry. If the employer is still actively recruiting for the position, you will be able to access the posting and apply online. No data will be lost during this transition.
Prior to the launch on November 28, we will send an email with step-by-step instructions to log into your new Pioneer Careers account and to navigate this new site. The new platform will have your basic demographic information, but it will not contain resumes, cover letters or previously added documents. Make sure to log in to your existing account and save your approved documents so that you can upload them to the new platform beginning November 28.
If you haven’t already, bookmark du.edu/pioneercareers. On November 28 we’ll have a new system, but the same, easy to remember URL. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary outage and appreciate your patience during this transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your career center.
