CARTOON COFFEE BREAK: GENERATION WARS


As new generations enter the workplace, it can be easy to place judgement on colleagues who are older or younger than us. These judgements are fueled by generational stereotypes, like the myth of the “lazy millennial,” for instance. And now that Gen Z has entered the modern workforce, these relationships are becoming even more complex.
But all these preconceived notions about employees aren’t healthy for anyone. If we want to foster a multigenerational workforce where every employee feels empowered to be and do their best, it’s time we learn to keep the peace.
