Classroom Management Tips for Teacher Workouts

Squeezing in a workout plan can be difficult for anyone. For busy teachers, the task of staying fit via regular workouts can be insurmountable.
But it is possible, via several classroom management schemes, to improve your overall health and well-being through regular workouts. With that in mind, today on, frequent contributing writer Janelle Cox, who is also a seasoned elementary school educator based on the East Coast, looks at a few classroom management tips as well as workout ideas to help you squeeze in your teacher workouts.
