Classroom Management Tips for Teacher Workouts

Squeezing in a workout plan can be difficult for anyone. For busy teachers, the task of staying fit via regular workouts can be insurmountable.
But it is possible, via several classroom management schemes, to improve your overall health and well-being through regular workouts. With that in mind, today on TeachHUB.com, frequent contributing writer Janelle Cox, who is also a seasoned elementary school educator based on the East Coast, looks at a few classroom management tips as well as workout ideas to help you squeeze in your teacher workouts.
Janelle’s tips include:
Set Your Alarm Early
Exercise at Work
Exercise with Your Family
And More!
Janelle sums up her article thusly: “Don’t get discouraged if you can’t make it (working out) happen five days a week. There will be times that you will have to miss your workout. Remember that every little but counts, and each day is a brand new day. Do what works best for you and only you.”
